This is Exeter -- Emma Mingo scored six goals as Feniton made it through to the third round of the Westward Developments League Cup by thrashing Elmore 16-0. Stef Matthews notched four goals, Jodie Foster scored twice, with Sally Ames, Anne Nelson, Laura Capello and Nicola Brown getting one each. Exeter & Tedburn Rangers also hit doubled figures against Morley Rangers, winning 10-0. Jana Richards top-scored with four, with Sasha Watts (3) Becky Folds, Abi Breban and Hannah Randle getting the others. Budleigh Salterton also made it through to the next round, beating Barnstaple 5-2. The Robins fell behind to an early goal but equalised when a pinpoint Abby Yukon corner was headed home by Molly Jacobs. Two goals in a minute from Yukon and Celine White then gave Budleigh some breathing space. Yukon then beat the keeper from a free-kick to make it 4-1 at half-time. The second half was a tighter affair, but Budleigh still managed a fifth goal after Haylee Pannell's deflected shot hit the back of the net, courtesy of Olivia Young. Barnstaple pulled a goal back but, thanks to keeper Kath Binmore, there was no way back for the North Devon side. The closest game of the round was between the universities of Plymouth and Exeter, which was poised at 3-3 at full time. The additional 30 minutes enabled Exeter to claim the bragging rights winning 7-4 thanks to strikes from Ruth Peddle (2), Ruth Bowerman, Nia Owen, Izzie Darnall, Selina Friday and Sophie Davies.
