[...] she only sold secrets to the highest bidder, which makes Olivia (Kerry Washington) wonder why her mom would be on a plane carrying a bomb. [...] Olivia and the team discover the truth too late, and the woman who caused Rowan and Fitz to kill more than 300 innocent civilians is in the wind. [...] hopefully this new mystery launching into the back half of the season will be much more interesting now that David Rosen (Josh Malina) has proof that Sally (Kate Burton), with the help of Cyrus (Jeff Perry), covered up the murder of Daniel Douglas (Jack Coleman).
