The big bomb scare was actually quickly resolved in the opening moments of Thursday's episode, with Jake (Scott Foley) arriving at the Oval Office to tell Fitz (Tony Goldwyn) about the bomb at the church before it exploded, which allowed them to evacuate in time. Unfortunately, Sally (Kate Burton) uses the opportunity to bolster her campaign as all the news cameras focus on her saving other people. Elsewhere, after Huck (Guillermo Diaz) and Quinn (Katie Lowes) are caught having sex, Charlie (George Newbern) moves out, but not before dropping a bombshell in Quinn's lap: Because of his loyalty, Rowan is reinstated to Command of B613. [...] Harrison realizes that Rowan orchestrated everything, having Jerry and Adnan killed so he take over command once again and get Olivia on that plane, as he promised in the season premiere. [...] Olivia gets on that plane with Jake, who sent all the proof of B613's dirty deeds to David Rosen (Josh Malina) before they left. [...] does she regret her decision to quit OPA and leave Fitz? "There's that last look," executive producer Shonda Rhimes said on Jimmy Kimmel's Behind the Scandalabra post-finale special, referencing Olivia declining the call from the White House and telling Jake that she's sure about them leaving.
