Sachin Gadhvi, Former Vice President of Marketing for Ticketmaster, Joins Executive Team to Support Ongoing Development of Marketing Strategy

Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) December 16, 2015

Everything But The House (EBTH), the global estate sale marketplace, today announced the addition of Sachin Gadhvi to the company’s executive team as chief marketing officer. EBTH brings the thrill of discovering unique finds at estate sales to buyers, while helping sellers manage the entire process from photography and cataloging to payment and delivery. Gadhvi will play a crucial role in the expansion and refinement of EBTH’s overall marketing strategy and vision for growth by accelerating buyer and seller acquisition, launching new markets, and driving profitable growth.

“Sachin brings exactly the kind of experience we need, having previously led marketing strategy, client engagement, and execution in the resale business,” says Andy Nielsen, CEO of EBTH. “His knowledge and past experience bringing buyers and sellers together at scale is perfectly in line with the goals we are striving to meet in expanding our business.”

Prior to joining EBTH, Gadhvi served as the vice president of marketing for Ticketmaster, where he drove customer acquisition and helped dramatically grow the resale business by leading marketing strategy and execution, and bringing buyers and sellers together at scale. He also built an in-house marketing agency to service Live Nation business units and Ticketmaster clients, influencing company-wide customer acquisition dramatically. Earlier in his career, Sachin worked as an account director at Performics, a leading performance marketing agency. There he led large client engagements in online retail, consumer electronics, entertainment, and CPG by leading campaigns in SEM, SEO, and social media. Sachin built his interest and expertise in consumer marketing and e-commerce while working for Target in Minneapolis as a strategy and consumer insights analyst.

“I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to Everything But The House, a revolutionary estate sale marketplace,” said Sachin Gadhvi, chief marketing officer of EBTH. “EBTH is quickly expanding with a high concentration of talented and innovative people, and I’m thrilled to join their team and contribute to the profound influence they’re exerting in the realm of online auctions.”

Sachin Gadhvi is only the latest in a series of strategic new hires to EBTH’s executive team. Earlier last month, EBTH announced the hires of Ben Luban as the head of business development and strategic partnerships, Michelle Lee as the vice president of merchandising, Kat Ubungen as the vice president of lifecycle marketing, and Olivia Pollock as director of social media. These hires occurred on the heels of EBTH’s recent $30 million Series B investment round led by Greenspring Associates, with participation from existing investors Greycroft Partners and Spark Capital.

About Everything But The House
Everything But The House (EBTH) brings the thrill of estate sale shopping online. Through a global marketplace and community of buyers and sellers, EBTH has transformed the traditional estate sale model while preserving its fundamental charm: the excitement of discovering something special. Whether clients are looking to sell a collection due to downsizing, relocation, or managing a family member’s estate, EBTH’s full service model – photography, cataloging, payment and delivery – makes the process easy (and worthwhile: proceeds are typically 3-5 times higher than a conventional estate sale). For buyers, the reach of an e-commerce platform and the starting bid of $1 for all items means they can access an impressive range of collectibles— from a purse to a Picasso – from anywhere in the world.
