American police procedural, legal, crime drama television series "Law and Order: SVU" is returning next week for a new episode and fans should be excited to catch this one as "Hamilton" stars are appearing in the show. Season 17 episode 13 will be titled "Forty-One Witnesses" and it will show Lieutenant Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and her Manhattan Special Victims Unit trying to solve an unusually difficult case. The teaser promo released revealed a rape crime that happened near a residential building.
