Looks like Olivia is doing that ol' "keep your friends close and your enemies closer" thing. On Thursday's episode of Scandal (9/8c, ABC), we'll learn that Liv (Kerry Washington) has been living with Rowan (Joe Morton) and Jake (Scott Foley) since she chair-whacked Andrew (Jon Tenney) to death two weeks ago.
