MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU) establishes and expands compliance obligations for investment firms, credit institutions, regulated markets, and data reporting service providers operating in the EU. Many firms are currently undergoing a MiFID II compliance gap-analysis. Independently researching a topic requires finding all relevant documents from multiple sources, searching through each, and following all references across a large volume of text.
