*Coaches 4 Character – Monday, April 15*
The Upstate’s very own Marcus Lattimore is coming to Greenville!
WHERE? Redemption World Outreach Center
WHEN? April 15th
TIME? 7 p.m.

Unfortunately, Coaches 4 Character has already filled all buses for the event. After Marcus Lattimore tells his story, there will be fun raffle prizes for the kids!

*Senior Cap & Gown Pictures – Thursday, April 18 – 2 -7 p.m.*
Senior cap and gown pictures will be taken at MHS on Thursday, April 18 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m.. Spaces are limited. Students must come by room B136 to sign up for a time slot beginning Monday, April 8. An order brochure will be provided when seniors make their appointment.

*Urban League Signing Day – Thursday, April 18th*
The Urban League of the Upstate’s Annual Senior Signing Day will be Thursday, April 18th at Shady Oak Baptist Church from 10 a.m.to 1 p.m.. This event is held to celebrate our students’ commitment to pursuing a postsecondary education and to honor those students who have decided to commit their lives to the US Military.

Any senior who would like to participate in this field trip, must come by guidance to pick up a permission slip and return it by April 10th. If you have additional question, please see Mrs. Dalton Kelsey.

*Late Parent Overrides 2013-2014*
The original deadline for Priority Parent Overrides was March 22.

Any parent override received after March 25 will be considered late. Late overrides will be entered in the system; however, if space is unavailable or cuts have to be made once the master schedule is built, students who submitted late overrides will be the first to be removed from classes. In the rare cases that this occurs, the overrides submitted the latest will be first to be removed.

Late Parent Overrides will be accepted through April 12. Any override received after April 12 will not be entered into the system and will only be considered once the master schedule is completed during the summer if space is available. It is highly unlikely that overrides submitted after April 12 can be honored since the master schedule is built based on requests submitted by the priority override deadline which was March 22. Reported by Patch 10 hours ago.
